Wandsworth Heritage Service is the local archives service for the borough of Wandsworth.  Reflecting Wandsworth’s past, the collections contain a good deal of business records, representing businesses such as Young & Co.’s Brewery, Morgan’s Crucible, Prices’ Candles to name a few.  

This tour will include a tour of the Grade II listed reference library, which celebrates its 100th birthday in September 2025 and is an excellent example of late arts and crafts.  In the searchroom, visitors will be able to see examples of some of the frequently consulted records in our collections, including those used for house history and family history.

Please let us know if you have any access requirements that you would like us to be aware of. The searchroom is on the first floor, which is stair access only
